About me
I've taught Spanish for 18 years to every age from pre-Kindergarten to 8th grade. I currently enjoys developing Comprehensible Input curriculum; and helping teachers explore the connection between neuroscience and language acquisition as a Curriculum Manager and Teacher Trainer at Voces Digital. I have presented at school districts and conferences across the country, including Central States, ACTFL, MIWLA ,Express Fluency, IFLT and many more. I also helps organize MittenCi and CiMidwest and was the MIWLA 2020 Teacher of the Year. I have 3 kids, 2 dogs, and a cat; and in my somewhat-limited free time I love hikes in the woods, books, and coffee!
