"Jennifer Schwester, a.k.a. jennyzenyoga, has been providing yoga services and training to many underserved populations for six years, including special needs adults, senior citizens, first responders, and her high school French classes. Jennifer brings her 25 years experience as a French teacher to the mat. She has been practicing yoga for the past 10 years and expanded her practice by becoming an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT-200) by teaching over 1,000 hours over the past 6 years. She is also an Instructor for Yoga For First Responders and a Teacher for the Veterans Yoga Project.Jennifer has been published through the National K-12 Foreign Language Resource Center (NFLRC) in 1998 through A Standards-Based Thematic Unit: ""Jean de la Lune”. These experiences led to her creation and presentation of numerous workshops, including how to Encourage Proficiency Through Mindfulness and SEL Activities.
